How to Change the Strap on Your Fitbit Sense 2

1. Turn the watch upside down:
   Place the watch with the back facing up so you can see the strap connectors.
   
   
2. Locate the release button:
   On each side of the watch, there's a small metal latch where the band meets the watch.
   
   
3. Press the release button:
   Use your fingernail or a small tool to gently press the latch inward. At the same time, carefully pull the strap away from the watch.
   
   
4. Repeat on the other side:
   Do the same with the other part of the strap.
   
   
5. Attach the new strap:
   Insert one end of the new strap into the groove on the watch. Press down the latch, slide the strap in until it clicks into place, and release the button.
   
   
6. Check that it's secure:
   Gently pull on the strap to ensure it is properly attached. Repeat on the other side.
